Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
When your order ships
- Items we keep in stock (for example our leasing journals and notepads) usually ship within 2–3 business days after payment.
- Made-to-order items (for example printed apparel, mugs and bottles) are produced first, which usually takes 2–7 business days, and then ship.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm Pacific time start the next business day.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is shown in your cart before you pay. Each product has its own shipping price; when you order several items, you pay the first item’s shipping once and a lower price for each additional item. When we offer free shipping above an order amount, the cart shows it.
Delivery time
After shipping, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on the carrier and your location. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number. An order with both stock items and made-to-order items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Sales tax
Nevada sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipped to a Nevada address.
Your address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will contact you; reshipping may cost the shipping fee again. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can change the address only before the order ships.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your building’s mail or package room first, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
